Extending professional life: senior talent

At Deusto Business School we are pleased to invite you to an interesting seminar on senior talent in its various forms: working for others, self-employment, volunteering… Elena Sanz, People and Organisation Director at MAPFRE, and Ricardo Fisas, Senior Vice-President of the International Division at Natura Bissé, will talk about how to extend and redirect professional life in the double crisis we are currently experiencing. A crisis that has arisen from the convergence of accelerated digitisation and process automation, and the COVID-19 crisis.

The seminar will be presented by Iñaki Ortega, Director of Deusto Business School, and Alfonso Sanz, Director of the Transition and Professional Development Programme at Deusto Business School.

In strict compliance with the established health measures, the event will be held at Deusto Business School in Madrid and will be attended by a limited number of people. In order to maximise its dissemination, it will also be broadcast on the University of Deusto’s YouTube channel.

Elena Sanz Isla

She is a graduate in Economics and Business Studies from the University of Alcalá de Henares. She holds a Master’s in Risk and Insurance Management from the Pontifical University of Salamanca. In 1996 she began her career at MAPFRE, where, after holding various positions, in 2019 she was appointed People and Organisation director.

Ricardo Fisas

Ricardo Fisas holds a degree in Anthropology and an EMBA from Esade Business School. After working for more than 7 years as an anthropologist for the Justice Department of the Government of Catalonia, in 2002 he became co-owner and senior vice-president of the International Division of Natura Bissé.
