Artificial intelligence is already transforming the way organisations recruit talent, make decisions, assess performance, and design products and services. However, these systems are not neutral: they learn from data, reflect social dynamics, and can reproduce or even amplify existing inequalities. This breakfast session invites participants to reflect on how AI is shaping equality in the workplace, the risks and opportunities it presents for organisations, and why incorporating diversity into the design, development and adoption of these technologies is a matter not only of fairness, but also of competitiveness, innovation and leadership.
