Online reputation crisis management workshop with Legálitas
As part of the activities included in the Cyber Security Innovation Programme, Deusto Business School will be holding a Workshop on “Estrategias y soluciones ante una crisis de Ciber-reputación”, which will be delivered by Alejandro Touriño, Legal Director of the New Technologies Area and Lourdes Guzmán, Legal Director at Legálitas.
This workshop will give a practical approach to common scenarios regarding online reputation. A brief analysis will be carried out of the various implications that online reputation management has today and a few real cases of reputation crisis will be presented, which will allow to analyse the different ways of acting based on experience and the actual market, both from the point of view of communication and from a legal perspective.
